Maintenance and Repairs
The Facilities Customer Service Center is the central clearinghouse for the maintenance needs of residents. A call to 276-2000, an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or using the Facilities Customer Service Center website will enter a request directly into a computer database and assign a maintenance crew whose goal is to answer all requests within 48 hours. If a repair cannot be made within 48 hours, students are notified as to what action is being taken to correct the problem.
The Facilities Customer Service Center is open Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you call when the Center is closed, a voice mail system will record non-emergency repair requests. These requests are processed immediately after the Center opens in the morning. In emergency situations, contact Public Safety.
