Rensselaer will be opening the renovated building at 1800 6th Avenue in Fall 2009 for upperclass resident students.

This new building consists mainly of double rooms with a private bath. There will also be a limited number of singles, and two room quads. Each room will also have individual controls for heat and air conditioning during the appropriate seasons.

For 2009-2010 academic year:
Single - $7770/person
Double - $6800/person

Other building amenities include a newly renovated dining hall that will be open for breakfast and dinner service Monday through Friday and brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday, a small fitness center, access controlled entrances, limited on-site parking, and conference and classroom meeting spaces. Residents of the building will be required to have a meal plan.
