Arch "Summer Here" 2018 Housing
Students participating in The Arch 2018 "Summer Here" will live in the remodeled section of the Quad, specifically, Buck, Caldwell, Church I, Hunt I, Hunt III, MacDonald, and White stacks II-IV, as well as the first and second floors of Roebling, Hunt II and White I.
Housing selection for students participating in their "Summer Here" 2018 will begin in January 2018. Below is the specific housing timeline:
Housing Selection Timeline for The Arch "Summer Here" 2018
January 22- February 2, 2018: Housing Application Open
Housing application open in StarRez: Students who are opted into The Arch will be able to log into the StarRez Housing Portal and fill out their "Summer Here" housing application. During this time students will sign the Residential Commons Agreement, select their meal plan, and input roommate preferences.
February 5-7, 2018: Current Quad Residents Confirmed
Confirmation emails sent to Spring 2018 Quad residents participating in The Arch 2018 Students who currently live in Buck, Caldwell, Church I, Cooper, Hunt I, Hunt III, MacDonald, White II-IV, as well as the first and second floors of Roebling, Hunt II, and White I during the Spring of 2018 will stay in their assigned room until the completion of the summer semester.* The Office of Student Living and Learning will send confirmation emails to these students (as well as their selected roommates if applicable), with their room assignment.

February 7, 2018: Housing Start Times Sent Out
Housing selection start times sent to Arch Students not living in Quad during Spring 2018. At around 4:00pm on February 6, 2018 the Office of Student Living and Learning will send out start times to those Arch students who are not living in the Quad during Spring 2018. These emails will be sent to your RPI email address The start time will indicate when students can log back into the StarRez Housing Portal and select an available room. Start times will be generated randomly for the Arch participants. Students can log in at any point after their start time to select housing.
February 8-9, 2018: Housing Selection for Arch Students
Housing selection: The first start time will begin at 9:00am on February 7, 2018 and the final start time will be at 4:00pm on February 8, 2018
February 12, 2018: Housing Selection Deadline
Students who have received timeslots for housing selection should have their room selected by this date. A reminder email will be sent out to all those that have not selected housing.
