1. Complete the housing application online via the Housing and Dining Portal. Application closes Friday, March 14, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. EST.

2. Room placement and roommate information will be shared via Rensselaer email account in late March-early April. 

Summer School housing will be available in the Polytechnic Apartments for the Summer 2025. Summer School housing will be open to all RPI students who are not participating in Summer Arch but may otherwise be in Troy to take summer classes, conduct research on campus, or participate in a local co-op/internship. 

More detailed information on the Summer School housing process, including the application link, will be released in early March via RPI email. 

The Housing Application for First-Year students will open on April 7, 2025, and close on May 30th, 2025

3. You will receive your room assignment and roommate information through your Rensselaer email account around late June to early July.

The 2025-2026 Housing Application for returning students will open on April 9, 2025, and will close on April 25th, 2025.

2. Your housing assignment will be based on your roommate(s) and housing preferences. Please note that based on availability, you are not guaranteed placement in your requested room or with your requested roommate.
3. You will receive your room assignment and roommate information through your Rensselaer email account around early to mid-June.
